Blake's 11th Birthday Cruise

Blake is turning 11 yrs old! Blake is a CHD warrior and is now a Kidney Transplant candidate! He has to go to the Mayo Clinic for Dialysis 3 times a week and this past year has been very challenging because of all the restrictions and the frequency of the trips.

So, let's get out there and really make Blake's birthday so special and memorable!
